2. Before you begin a roleplay, establish a storyline with a plot, setting, and character(s) in mind. This will allow for a smoothly flowing roleplay. Posting these elements in story form is a good place to start.
3. While roleplays are open to all members, please, make sure that your contribution is welcome. Your roleplaying should not disrupt the flow of the storyline, so it is suggested but not required that you contact the member who started the thread before you post.
4. Use a symbol to separate actions from dialogue. Ex. *Warm looked at the forums and tried to think of what she could possibly add to the site.* "This site could use some rules and regulations!" The actions are indicated by asterisks (*) while the dialogue is encased in quotation marks (" ").
5. Post stories in the appropriate forum. There are several categories for roleplay at Mindstroked. Before you post, make sure that you know to which category your roleplay belongs.
6. All members are allowed to have more than one character. In order for members to keep track of each other's characters, it is suggested that you post each character's information in Character Profiles.
